Membership fee that was paid by consumer to gain access to the member's only website offered under out creditsource123.com website. Credit Source 123 is a member's only website that is offering under a subscription/membership fee based service where as nothing tangible is being transferred from Credit Source 123, LLC. to consumer. Tangible is defined as hand touching real material. Credit Source 123, LLC has the right to cancel your subscription/membership log in access to our member's only website if commercial or fraudulent activity is believed by Credit Source 123, LLC. to be occurring. The User understands that you do not own any software use or the exact ownership of our system and or any rights to anything listed and or encumbered within our site to include stored information. You understand that Credit Source 123, LLC is offering you at the paid membership fee of $49.00 USD the right to gain and store your information in our encrypted database to be accessed by you at a later date. The time line for storage of your information will be 365 days from the day you become a member however, once the 365days has expired Credit Source 123, LLC will automatically cancel your subscription. Canceling your account means you will simply give up your right to membership activity and or log on to system capabilities. You will not be given a refund of any type for cancellation of membership subscription to our Members only Membership to Credit Source 123, LLC once your 365 days elapse.

Canceling your account also means that you will not longer be entitled to view and or participate in the member login and secondary service offered by Credit Source 123, LLC. Once the User has utilized the system, the User is not entitled to a refund.If you wish to cancel you will need to cancel through the software.

When you are accepted as a member and begin using the services provided by Credit Source 123, LLC., you are acknowledging that you have read this Subscriber's Use Agreement ("Agreement"), that you understand what it says and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions stated below.

Credit Source 123, LLC. does not issue credit scores and does not control any history of your credit report and our system can not guarantee any positive or negative results and you acknowledge that fact as part of these terms and conditions and you hold us harmless to any results you get from using our system. You acknowledge that in no way is our system guaranteeing you any results. Creditsource 123LLC dispute system only gives you the ability to store, and mange your ability to create a dispute letter to be used at your discression. You understand that we can not predict any outcome and we are not responsible in any form to your usage or non usage or results you expect to receive or do not receive. Only the credit bureaus can directly issue to you a credit score, only the credit bureaus can correct your credit errors. You understand that any results from credit investigations that were requested using our system is not our responsibility and that we are merely granting you access to a tool providing service. The User understands that if your membership goes over the 365 day limit your infomation will be deleted from the system, we can not guarantee that the system will continue to grant you access, if you are terminated from the system, you will need to pay the membership fee again at whatever rate is for that particular year.. Your data and information that you entered into the system and or saved in the system to include all information could be lost in system membership ceases. Creditsource highly reccomends that you print and save all infomation and correspondense you create. The automated system will purge information stored within our system once membership is cancelled.

The User understands that a Creditsource123.com subscription is for your personal, exclusive use and you agree not to share your password or any of your rights as a member with any other person. You agree that all information submitted on your dispute manager is true and correct and that you are the legal holder of the credit card and personal information being submitted.

You acknowledge and agree that, once access is granted to the subscriber's site, no refund will be provided and individual results will vary from one person to another. No Agency: There is no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship between Credit Source 123, LLC. and or www.creditsource123.com and any User of the Service.

Right to Enforce: The failure of Credit Source 123, LLC. and or www.creditsource123.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
